Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trivo platform (the “Service”) operated by Teraflops Tech. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to bind the business you register on the Service.

2. Plans, trials & billing

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout; a paid plan may include a trial period stated on the plan card. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by selling unlawful goods, infringing intellectual property, sending unsolicited messages, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants’ data.

4. Your content & storefront

You retain ownership of the content, products, and customer data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your storefront’s compliance with the laws applicable to your business and customers.

5. Payments to your customers

Payment processing is provided by third parties (e.g. Stripe) under their own terms. We are not a party to transactions between you and your customers and are not responsible for taxes, chargebacks, or refunds arising from those transactions.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
